KEV ORKIAN

Kev was born in London and comes from an Armenian background.

Kev started his training at the age of four, learning to play the piano. After competing in many competitions and concerts, he decided to complete his training and move on to performing arts.
After completing a national diploma in Acting and Music, Kev made his West End debut in Fame, at the Victoria Palace. His career led to many other roles in numerous musicals and plays including, Grease, Buddy Holly, Happy Days, Boogie Nights, Me & My Girl, to name a few. He has been involved with numerous variety shows, including gala events for the Duke of Kent, Prince of Oman, Margaret Thatcher, Dame Vera Lynn, and various members of the Royal family.
Summer season sees Kev touring his one man show with familiar faces of the comedy world. Tours have included Jim Davidson, Joe Pasquale, Brian Conley, Bobby Davro, Julian Clary, Billy Pierce, and Cannon & Ball, Including his 10th year appearing in Pantomime as buttons, Muddles, & Aladdin, in Magical shows like Snow White and Cinderella.
His Film & TV work include commercials, short films, and foreign movies. Works include, Kleenex Commercial, Maxim Magazine, Yes (movie starring Simon Abkarian, & Joan Allen) to name a few.
Kev’s one man show (The Illegal Tour) sees him touring around the globe, performing his sell out shows, in cities like NY, LA Hollywood, Sydney Australia, Dubai, Oman, Montreal, Toronto, including many others also appearing on numerous talk shows. Kev also tours the cruise ships with his Stow Away act drawing up rave reviews with numerous cruise companies....
He is seen regularly appearing for the BFF, touring several Army and navy bases around the world, entertaining the British and American Forces.
Two years ago saw the release of Kev’s first Piano Album, Little Fingers, which claimed the top 10 spot in the AMA Instrumental category 2006. Kev has also performed many of the tracks from his album in numerous concerts and Galas.
As an avid charity worker, Kev has raised thousands for different charities, including the Willow Charity for Bob Wilson, Safe hands for David Seaman, NSPCC, Armenian Orphans, BFF, various Children’s hospice, Glendale Medical Association USA, Bobby Moore Fund, including many more.
This year see’s Kev touring around the globe with his Live & Unleashed tour, Various Cruise ships, Galas, charities, and comedy tours.....
